Private Yoga

Join me in my studio, your home, or on Zoom for a private session catered to your individual needs.

I offer: Intro to yoga, Restorative yoga, Aerial yoga, Gentle Hatha yoga, slow Vinyasa, therapeutic yoga, various Meditation techniques, and we can workshop specific poses to improve your understanding and execution.

In my studio: I support all the styles mentioned. I also offer Whole Body Vibration (WBV), which is used by professional athletes and health care providers to achieve the following health benefits: Stronger muscles, Increased bone mass, Increased blood flow, Increased flexibility, Stimulate lymphatic system, Decrease in cortisol (stress) levels, and more…

In your home : If you are local, I can travel to you. I use props to provide support so you can relax deeper, connect within easier, and achieve greater flexibility.

If on Zoom, there are many items you already have in your home that can be used without the need to purchase anything (see props below). If you are interested in getting your own props, after we work together we can explore what items would best serve you.

IF MEETING AT YOUR PLACE, I WILL BRING SOME WITH ME

Traditional Props:

strap (belt, long scarf), 1-2 therapy balls (tennis balls), 1-3 yoga blankets (throw blankets or towels), 2 blocks (thick hardcover books), meditation cushion /bolster (bed/couch pillows),

Specialty Items:

Thera-Band, spinal strip, weighted blanket, eye pillow, sand bag (bag of rice)

*If you are new to yoga and want your own props, wait until after a session or two so you can experience their purpose and choose what best supports you.
